Cali Blume is a New Orleans based graphic designer, currently working as the art director for Current Affairs magazine– where she designs not only the magazine itself, but also print materials that support leadership and fundraising. In addition, she also works as an adjunct professor at the Loyola University of New Orleans. In her teaching, she connects classroom work with real-world design, helping students to translate their skills for an industry setting through a student internship class led by her.

Some of her past projects include making informational graphics for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, recruitment efforts for the Tulane School of Medicine, and various print and social media work for local businesses.

Outside of design, Blume trains in boxing, studies wine, and enjoys the occasional heavy metal show.
