Margot Bienvenu has an extensive background in branding and art direction, working at several New Orleans based design agencies such as GumboLive, Factor 10 Group, and NOLA Media Group since 2011. For the past 7 years Bienvenu has worked at PETERMAYER- a New Orleans based advertising agency- and has worked her way up from designer to a senior art director.

Outside of her professional life, Bienvenu enjoys participating in the Mardi Gras Krewe of Muses, where she handcrafts their signature shoes. Being born and raised in New Orleans, the artistic soul of the city is one of her biggest inspirations. She enjoys the tactile nature of making things like shoes or earrings, and it gives her an outlet for her personal creative energy outside of her career.
